40 large mushrooms, stems removed
300 g. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 large carrot, grated
1 red pepper, finely chopped
2/3 C Kraft Three Cheese Ranch Dressing
Wash the mushrooms, pat dry and set aside. Mix together the remaining ingredients and stuff the mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Remove from refrigerator 20 minutes before serving.
