1 C milk

1 ½ tbsp. oil

1 tsp. vanilla

1 C flour

1 tbsp. white sugar

1 tbsp. baking powder

Pinch of salt

4 tbsp. white chocolate chips

3 tbsp. chopped macadamia nuts

Combine the wet ingredients in a large bowl.  Sift in the dry ingredients and stir until combined.  Fold in the chocolate chips and the macadamia nuts.  Let batter sit for a few minutes.  Place a ¼ C of batter into a preheated pan.  Flip when bubbles appear on top and then cook for 1 – 2 minutes more or until golden brown.
