
WHITE CHOCOLATE CRANBERRY SQUARES
2 ½ C flour
2/3 C white sugar
1 C soft butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 C white chocolate chips
1 C dried cranberries
1 C coconut
Combine the flour and sugar and cut in the butter to form crumbs. Press firmly into a 9 X 13ʺ pan and bake at 350°F for 12 minutes or until lightly browned. In a large bowl mix together the eggs and milk and then stir in the white chocolate chips, cranberries and coconut. Pour over the crust and return to the oven for 18 – 20 minutes or until firm.
