4 tbsp. soft butter

½ C white sugar

½ C brown sugar

1 C milk

1 egg

1 tsp. vanilla

2 C flour

1 tbsp. baking powder

¼ tsp. salt

1 C cranberries

1 C white chocolate chips

Cream the butter, white sugar & brown sugar.  Stir in the egg, milk and vanilla and mix well.  Combine the dry ingredients and stir in mixing only until combined.  Fold in the cranberries and white chocolate chips.  Add batter to greased muffin tins.  Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes.
