
4 tbsp. soft butter
½ C white sugar
½ C brown sugar
1 C milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 C flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 C cranberries
1 C white chocolate chips
Cream together the butter, white sugar and brown sugar. Beat in the egg, milk and vanilla & mix. Combine the dry ingredients and add to the creamed mixture just until combined (batter should be lumpy). Fold in the cranberries and chocolate chips. Fill prepared muffin tins and bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes.
