
1/2 C butter
2 eggs
1 C white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 C flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 C milk
Cream the butter and sugar, beat in the eggs. Combine the dry ingredients and add to the butter mixture. Stir in the milk. Pour into a prepared 9″ pan and bake at 350 F for about 30 – 40 minutes.
