WHIPPED SHORTBREAD

1 lb. butter

1 C icing sugar

½ C cornstarch

3 C flour

1 tsp. vanilla

Cream the butter and stir in the icing sugar & cornstarch. Beat in the vanilla.  Add the flour and mix.  Drop by teaspoonful onto parchment lined cookie sheets.  Bake at 350°F for 12 – 15 minutes.
