
2 C broccoli, broken into bite-sized pieces
2 C cauliflower, broken into bite-sized pieces
½ C chopped celery
½ C chopped green pepper
½ C chopped red onion
¼ C grated carrot
4 strips of cooked bacon
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
Dressing:
1 C mayonnaise
¼ C white sugar
3 tbsp. parmesan cheese
Crumbled bacon
Combine the dressing ingredients and pour over the vegetables. If desired, sprinkle with bacon just before serving.
