TWIN MOUNTAIN MUFFINS

2 c flour

3 tsp. baking powder

½ C butter

½ C white sugar

1 egg, beaten

1 C milk

1 C of fruit (raspberries or blueberries)

Combine the flour and baking powder.  Cream the butter and blend in the sugar gradually.  Add the egg and beat until smooth and fluffy.  Add the dry ingredients and milk and mix well.  Fold in the fruit.  Spoon the batter into muffin tins and bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes.
