TURKEY STUFFING
13 C dried bread, cubed
1 C chopped celery
1 C diced onion
1 ½ C butter
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. summer savory (or more if desired)
1 ½ C chicken stock
Sauté the onion and celery in the butter for 10 – 12 minutes or until the onion and celery are tender. Place the bread cubes in a large bowl. Pour the butter, onion, celery mixture over the bread cubes and mix. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Place in a prepared pan and bake at 350°F for 3- – 35 minutes or until golden brown.
