TUNA POTATO SCALLOP

3 medium potatoes, peeled & thinly sliced

1 can tuna, drained and flaked

1 medium onion, sliced

1 can cream of celery soup

½ C milk

Salt & pepper to taste

2 tsps. butter

Arrange sliced potatoes, tuna and onions in alternate layers in a prepared baking dish beginning and ending with a layer of potatoes.  Combine the soup, milk, salt & pepper and pour the liquid over the potato mixture.  Dot with the butter.  Bake at 375°F for one hour or until the potatoes are tender.
