

1 C butter, softened
¾ C brown sugar
½ C white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 ¼ C flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 pkg. (225 g) white chocolate chips
1 pkg. (225 g) milk chocolate chips
1 pkg. (225 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Cream the butter, brown sugar, white sugar until creamy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Combine the dry ingredients and stir into the batter. Fold in the 3 packages of chocolate chips. Drop by spoonful onto parchment lined cookie sheets. Bake at 350°F for 10 – 12 minutes.
