TEA BISCUIT MASTER MIX

9 C flour

5 tbsp. baking powder

1 tbsp. salt

1 lb. butter

Combine as you would to make biscuits.  Place the mixture in a tightly covered container and keep refrigerated.

Biscuits:

3 C master mix

¾ C milk

Combine and roll out on floured surface & cut.  Bake at 425°F for 12 – 15  minutes or until browned.
