2 lbs. spareribs, cut into pieces
¾ C vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 C ketchup
½ C cold water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
Bake the spareribs in a covered baking dish at 350°F for 90 minutes. Pour off excess fat. Combine the sauce ingredients and pour over the ribs. Bake uncovered at 300°F for 1 hour.
