1 lb fresh green beans

1 tbsp. red wine vinegar

1 tbsp. apple juice

1 tsp. honey mustard

½ tsp. white sugar

¼ tsp. dried oregano

¼ tsp. pepper

Steam green beans for 5 minutes or until tender. Place beans in a serving dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over beans, toss to coat and serve immediately.
