10 large mushrooms
3 green onions, chopped
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/3 cup bread crumbs
Diced mushroom stems
Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
Chop stems and place with onions in frying pan.
Saute in butter.
Add bread crumbs, garlic salt and cheese. Mix well.
Stuff mixture into mushroom caps. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350F until firm.
These can be done in microwave for 4 minutes on high.
