3 C flour

1 C white sugar

2 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. baking soda

2 C sour cream

½ C milk

¼ C canola oil

2 eggs, well beaten

1 tsp. almond extract

1 C chopped strawberries

Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder & baking soda and stir until blended.  Combine the sour cream, milk, oil, eggs and almond extract and add to the dry ingredients.  Stir just until blended.  Fold in the strawberries.  Spoon the batter into greased muffin tins and bake at 350°F for about 30 – 35 minutes.
