2 1/2 C strawberries (hulled)
1 1/2 C fresh lemon juice
1 C white sugar
In a food processor, puree the strawberries until chunky. In a saucepan, bring the strawberries, sugar and lemon juice to a boil. Simmer over medium-low heat for 3 minutes. Strain and let cool. In a pitcher, stir syrup with 4 cups water and ice cubes.
