1 ½ C brown sugar

½ C butter

1 tsp vanilla

1 egg, beaten

2 C flour

1 tsp soda

1 tsp salt

1 C sour milk

2 C sliced strawberries

1 tsp cinnamon

¼ C white sugar

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Cream brown sugar and butter together.  Add the egg and vanilla and beat well.  Combine the dry ingredients and add alternately with the sour milk to the creamed mixture.  Gently fold in the strawberries and mix with a spoon.

Pour the batter into a greased 13X9” pan and combine the white sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the batter.

Bake at 350°F for 35 – 40 minutes.
