½ cup soya sauce

2 Tbsp honey

½ tsp cinnamon

1 tsp ground ginger

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 green onions, chopped

½ cup maple syrup

2 or more lb pork tenderloin

Combine ingredients into shallow roast pan.  Add tenderloin turning several times to coat.  Cover and let marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator, turning pork occasionally for better basting.  Remove from fridge.  Set oven to 375F.  Roast for 40 minutes with roast lid on.  Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
