SPANISH RICE

1 lb. ground beef

2 onions, chopped

3 tbsp. white sugar

Salt & pepper to taste

2 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce

1 C rice

1 large can tomatoes

3 green peppers, chopped,

2 tbsp. prepared mustard

Pinch of garlic salt

1 C water

Fry the meat and onions until cooked.  Add the remaining ingredients and mix.  Place the mixture in a casserole and cook at 350°F for about 45 minutes or until the rice is soft.
