

1 egg
1 C butter, softened
1 C brown sugar
1 C white sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 C canola oil
3 ¾ C flour
3 tsp. baking soda
1 C chocolate chips
1 C Rice Krispies
1 C rolled oats
Cream together the egg, butter, sugars, vanilla and oil. Combine the dry ingredients and stir into the butter mixture. Fold in the remaining ingredients. Form the dough into small balls and place on parchment lined baking sheets. Flatten with a fork. Bake at 350°F for about 12 – 15 minutes.
