6 medium potatoes, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
¼ C flour
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 C cream of mushroom soup
¼ C milk
Place half of the potatoes, onions, flour, salt and pepper into a slow cooker. Add the remaining potatoes, onions, flour, salt & pepper. Combine the soup and milk and pour over the potatoes. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
