¾ C butter (first amount)

¾ C brown sugar

1 ½ C flour

1 can Eagle Brand milk

2 tbsp. butter (second amount)

1 – 300 g pkg. milk chocolate chips

1 – 225 g pkg. Skor toffee bits

Cream the butter (first amount), brown sugar & flour together and press into a 13X9ʺ pan and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.  Cool while preparing the filling.

Heat the milk and 2 tbsp. butter in a heavy saucepan, stirring constantly over a medium heat for 5 – 10 minutes or until it thickens.  Spread over the base.  Bake at 350°F for 12 – 15 minutes.

Sprinkle the filling with the chocolate chips and bake 2 minutes until melted & spread evenly over the topping.  Sprinkle the toffee bits over the chocolate and press lightly.  Cool.
