
1 – 9” pie shell
½ C mayonnaise
1 tbsp flour
2 eggs, well beaten
¼ C white wine
6 oz. crabmeat
6 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
1 – 4 ½ oz. can shrimp
¼ C celery, sliced
¼ C green onions, sliced
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix the mayonnaise, flour, eggs and wine together. Stir in crab, shrimp, cheese, celery and onion. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 35 – 40 minutes.
