3/4 cup of macaroni, uncooked
1 small tin of salmon, skin and bones removed
1 tablespoon of flour
1 cup plus 1 tablespoon of milk
Chopped onion to taste
Cracker crumbs to cover Cook macaroni until tender.
Add the salmon which has been flaked. Mix egg, milk and flour together and add to first mixture. Add onion. Put in casserole and cover with cracker crumbs. Bake in oven at 350 degrees F. for at least 30 minutes. Serves 6.
