SALMON LOAF

1  can (large) salmon

1 cup dry breadcrumbs

2 eggs

½ cup milk

1/8 tsp pepper

1 tsp lemon juice

Directions:

Mince the salmon and remove bones.  Add breadcrumbs.  Beat eggs and milk.  Season with pepper and lemon juice.  Place in a well greased dish and bake for 30 minutes in an oven at 350F.
