SALMON LOAF

1 can (213g) salmon

½ C milk

2 tbsp vinegar

1 tsp salt

½ tsp soft butter

1 C bread crumbs

2 eggs, well beaten

½ tsp dry mustard

Remove the bones & skin from the salmon and flake.  Dissolve the dry mustard in the vinegar.  Add the crumbs, milk, vinegar/mustard, salt, eggs and butter.  Mix well.  Pack into a prepared loaf pan and bake at 350°F until brown.
