SALMON LOAF

7 ½ oz. can salmon

½ C milk

2 tbsp. vinegar

1 tsp. salt

½ tsp. soft butter

1 C bread crumbs

2 eggs, beaten

½ tsp. dry mustard, dissolved in a small amount of the vinegar

Remove the skin and bones from the salmon and flake.  Add the crumbs, milk, vinegar, salt, eggs and mustard.  Mix well and pack in a well-greased loaf pan.  Bake at 350°F and light brown.
