
2 lbs potatoes
¼ C water
2 tbsp butter
1 ¼ tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp pepper
1 C milk
Scrub potatoes and cut into 1/2” cubes. Place all ingredients (except milk) in a slow cooker and toss to combine. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or on high for 4 hours. Add milk and mash with potato masher or electric mixer until smooth.
