ROASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS

2 C fresh pumpkin seeds

3 tbsp. melted butter

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce

Preheat the oven to 250°F.  Toss the seeds with the remaining ingredients.  Cover a jelly roll pan with foil wrap and spray with cooking spray.  Bake 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Increase the heat to 325°F and bake until dry and lightly browned – about 5 minutes.  Serve warm or at room temperature.  Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
