Pastry for a 2 crust pie
1 C sliced strawberries
4 C chopped rhubarb
1 ¼ C white sugar
¼ C cornstarch
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. milk
Sugar
Line the bottom of a pie place with the pastry.
Combine all of the ingredients except the milk and pour into the pie the pie shell. Top with the pastry. Brush the top of the pastry with the milk and sprinkle the 1 tbsp. sugar over the top. Bake at 350°F for about 1 hour.
