Pastry for a double crust pie

1 C sliced strawberries

4 C chopped rhubarb

1 ¼ C white sugar

¼ C cornstarch

½ tsp. cinnamon

1 tbsp. milk


Line the bottom of a pie plate with pastry.

Combine all ingredients except the milk and pour into the pie shell.  Top with the pastry.  Brush the top of the pastry with the milk and sprinkle the 1 tbsp. sugar over the top.  Bake at 350°F for about 1 hour.
