
4 C rhubarb
¾ C white sugar
1 tbsp. flour
½ C rolled oats
½ C flour
½ C brown sugar
½ tsp. baking powder
4 tbsp. butter
Place the rhubarb in a baking dish and sprinkle with the white sugar and flour. Mix together the remaining ingredients and blend until it resembles a crumb mixture and sprinkle over the rhubarb. Bake at 400°F for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
