

3 C diced rhubarb
Place rhubarb into an unbaked pie shell.
3 tbsp melted butter
2 beaten eggs
1 ½ C white sugar
3 tbsp flour
½ tsp vanilla
Combine the ingredients and pour over the rhubarb. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes and then reduce heat to 350°F and continue to bake for approximately 30 minutes.
