
6 – 8 medium potatoes, cooked
½ C sour cream
½ C ranch dressing
¼ C bacon, cooked & crumbled
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. chives
1 C shredded old cheddar cheese
Topping:
½ C shredded cheddar cheese
2 C corn flakes, slightly crushed
¼ C melted butter
Quarter the potatoes and set aside. Combine the remaining ingredients. Place the potatoes in a greased baking dish. Pour the sour cream mixture over the potatoes and gently toss.
Topping: combine the cheese, corn flakes and melted butter and spread over the potatoes.
Bake at 350°F for 40 – 45 minutes.
