
2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup raisins
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup milk
Directions:
Stir together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Cut in margarine. Add eggs, milk and raisins. Mix lightly. Place dough on lightly floured surface. Shape into a circle. Cut into 8 wedges. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle sugar over top. Bake in 425 F oven for 15 to 18 minutes.
