Gidday from the Valley!!
For 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, Valley Heritage Radio is on the air.
For seven of those days – beginning April 22 – there is more than great classic music flowing across the airwaves of the community-owned, non-profit station.
There is also a clear message for members of the community that their help is needed and appreciated.
“Community memberships and annual donations are crucial to allow Valley Heritage Radio to do what we do, not just on the air, but in the communities we serve,” said station manager Jason Marshall. “The 2018 initiatives will be focusing on Technology Upgrades”
Volunteers and on-air personalities will be in communities across the Valley Monday through Friday, as part of the annual “Out & About” visits. They’ll be bringing with them local musicians, to make it more of a party atmosphere.
The fundraising membership drive begins Sunday April 22 and continues for a week. CHECK OUT OUR FULL RADIOTHON PAGE to get all the details. Online Pledges are being accepted now and will be aired during radiothon week.
Don’t forget to get your Roundup Dance tickets EARLY, we have sold out the last two years.
Thank you for your support
