1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 ¼ C pumpkin purée
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 egg
½ tsp. cinnamon
24 unbaked tart shells
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Whisk together the condensed milk, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, egg & cinnamon, whisking until smooth. Pour into the tart shells and bake for 18 – 20 minutes or until the centre is just set & the pastry is golden.
