POTLUCK CHICKEN CASSEROLE
4 C cubed, cooked chicken
1 can (398 ml) can cream of chicken soup
½ C sour cream
1 C crushed Ritz crackers
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. celery salt
Mix together the chicken, soup and sour cream. Place in a casserole. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes. Remove from oven. Combine the crackers, butter & celery salt and sprinkle over the chicken. Return casserole to oven and bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
