

2 C butter
1 C white sugar
4 C flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 C crushed potato chips
Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla. Gradually add the flour and mix well. Fold in the potato chips. Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour. Drop by spoonful onto parchment lined cookie sheets. Bake at 350°F for 12 – 15 minutes.
