1 C white sugar
1 C brown sugar
2 C butter
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 C flour
1 C rolled oats (not instant)
½ C crushed plain potato chips
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ C chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine the sugars, butter, eggs and vanilla and mix until light and fluffy. Add the flour, oats, potato chips, baking powder & baking soda. Mix well. Stir in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
Drop dough onto parchment lined cookie sheets and bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
