6 pork chops
1 C ginger ale
½ C brown sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. prepared mustard
½ tsp. salt
Dash pepper
Brown the pork chops on both sides and place in a shallow baking dish. Combine the dry ingredients and add just enough ginger ale to make a paste. Spread the mixture over the chops. Pour the remaining ginger ale over the chops. Bake at 350°F for approximately 1 hour.
