POPPY SEED CHICKEN

6 chicken breasts, cooked

1 C sour cream

1 can cream of chicken soup

2 tsp. poppy seeds

25 Ritz crackers, crushed

½ C melted butter

Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces and place in a greased baking dish.  Combine the sour cream and soup and pour over the chicken.  Combine the poppy seeds and cracker crumbs and sprinkle over the chicken.  Drizzle with the butter.  Bake at 350°F for 35 – 40 minutes.  Serve with rice and vegetables.
