1 lb. ground beef

1 large green pepper, chopped

1 large onion, chopped

1 can tomato soup

1 C sliced mushrooms

¾ C sour cream

Fry the ground beef until all the redness is gone.  Fry the onion and green pepper in a little butter until soft and add to the ground beef.  Add the remaining ingredients, except the sour cream.  Stir to combine and heat to serving temperature.  Stir in the sour cream just before serving.  Serve on a bed of noodles.
