1 unbaked pie shell

2 tbsp. lemon juice

4 C sliced pears

2/3 C white sugar

1 ½ tsp. tapioca

¼ C flour

½ C brown sugar

¼ tsp cinnamon

¼ C butter

Sprinkle the lemon juice over the pears.  Mix the white sugar and tapioca together and combine with the pears.  Place in the pie shell.  Mix together the flour, brown sugar and cinnamon and cut in the butter to make crumbs.  Sprinkle over the pears.  Bake at 350°F for 25 – 30 minutes.
