
7 – 8 medium pears, peeled and sliced
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. brown sugar (first amount)
¾ C rolled oats
¾ C brown sugar (second amount)
½ C flour
½ C butter
Place the pears in a baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice, flour, cinnamon and 2 tbsp. brown sugar. Combine the rolled oats, brown sugar & flour and cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over the pears. Bake at 350°F for 35 – 40 minutes.
