

1 C peanut butter
1 C butter
1 C white sugar
1 C brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 ¼ C flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 C rolled oats
Cream together the peanut butter, butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy. Combine the flour, baking soda and rolled oats and stir into the peanut butter mixture. Drop by spoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheets. Bake at 350°F for 10 – 12 minutes.
