1 lb ground beef

½ C grated Parmesan cheese

½ C breadcrumbs

2 eggs

½ tsp. garlic salt

½ tsp. salt

 3 C water

2 beef bouillon cubes

½ C celery

2 tbsp. cornstarch

½ C green pepper strips

½ C onion slices

1 C sliced mushrooms

Combine the ground beef, ½ C cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs and seasonings and mix well.  Shape into balls and brown.  Drain.  Add 1 ½ C water, bouillon cubes and celery.  Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.  Combine the cornstarch and remaining 1 ½ C water and add to the meatballs, stirring until the mixture boils and thickens.  Add remaining vegetables.  Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Serve over a bed of noodles or rice.
