4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
½ C finely crushed corn flakes
1/3 C Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. dried parsley
½ tsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. milk
Cut chicken crosswise into strips about ½ – ¾ʺ thick. Then cut strips into equal pieces. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Pour milk into a second bowl. First dip the chicken into the milk and then in the crumb mixture. Place on a baking dish and bake at 375°F for 12 – 15 minutes, turning at half time.
